Sponsorship Guidelines:

VIAIR Corporation is interested in partnering with brand ambassadors with expertise in the following:

• Automotive editorial content
• Award winning project vehicles and/or unique designs
• Creative and compelling videography
• Professional lifestyle photography
• Professional Off-road racing

Vehicle Sponsorship Form:

IMPORTANT:
All proposals MUST include the Sponsorship Agreement Form and Credit Card Authorization PDF documents. These PDFs are available for download within the below Vehicle and Shows/Events forms. To ensure your Proposal is reviewed, fill out each document completely and include all of the required information in the submission form. Incomplete proposals will not be saved nor reviewed.

Applications are reviewed after all other marketing projects have been completed, so it may take 30 days to respond to your Proposal. If time is of the essence and you require product immediately, we recommend contacting one of our distributors to purchase the product.

Each year, VIAIR Corporation receives over a hundred requests for sponsorships from builders, charitable organizations, military affiliates and automotive clubs. While it is impossible to award every applicant with a sponsorship, partial sponsorships will be considered based on the merits of your proposal.

Please note:
In the event that a full sponsorship is awarded, freight costs are the sole responsibility of the person seeking sponsorship.
