Lone Star Throwdown (LST) celebrated 10 years of excellence this past weekend! Enthusiasts and builders drove from around the country to Conroe, Texas to view the latest and greatest builds of 2021. Over 2,300 custom vehicles showcased wild trends and custom paint jobs for 25,000+ attendees. Show organizers Lonnie Ford, Todd Hendrex, Jarrod Dunahoo and Phil Cholette came together to put on the world’s best truck show!
The 38th annual Quartzsite Sports, Vacation & RV Show takes place each January in the small town of Quartzsite and is known as the “the largest gathering of RVs and RVers on earth!” This quaint town is nestled in the southwestern Mohave Desert or 20 miles east of the California border on Interstate 10. This year the show took place from Saturday, January 16, to Sunday, January 24, giving ample opportunity for visitors to attend this exciting event. According to the Arizona Highway Department, as many as 750,000 to 1,000,000 people from across the nation flock to this RV oasis! Last Resort Show, known as Louisiana’s Best Custom Automotive Show, rounded off its 13th year! This one-of-a-kind show features custom cars, trucks & bikes from visitors all around the country. Last Resort allows vehicles of all makes and models to showcase at the famous Louisiana Oil & Gas Park in Jennings, LA. The exclusive venue is known as the birthplace of the Louisiana oil industry that dates back to September 1901. The location runs alongside Interstate 10 making this venue a slam-dunk and there’s even a live alligator exhibit! Last Resort has been nominated for show of the year by multiple publications and we can definitely see why. The famous 26th annual Southeast Mini Truckin Nationals was the talk of the town over the weekend! This beloved show located at Maggie Valley Fairgrounds in Maggie Valley, North Carolina attracts spectators from all around the country who appreciate the custom vehicle lifestyle. This show is unique because exhibitors are not only limited to showcasing mini trucks but a variety of custom setups. This year the show included over 4,500 attendees, 30 vendors, 600+ unique vehicles and over 700 tickets sold. The charity fund hosted by Sean Rose raised $7,000 for Spreadin the Luv fund. These proceeds benefit families affected by cancer in the mini truck community. The first come, first serve pre-registration setup ensure an exclusive environment for only top-notch vehicles to be displayed.
