Slammed bikes are becoming the norm for two-wheel custom trends in the air suspension industry. One of the reasons we’re seeing this trend is because air ride systems increase the quality of your ride without the need for major modification.

VIAIR keeps a close watch on the motorcycle industry because many of our C Model compressors are used in a motorcycle air suspension system. Using a VIAIR 95C compressor in your custom bagger increases the adjustability of your ride height by to dropping to the ground, or rising to stock height when needed.

VIAIR visits the Wildest Show on the Coast – Scrapin The Coast 2018

Located along the Gulf Coast of Mississippi, the beautiful city of Biloxi hosts Scrapin The Coast, known as the wildest show on the coast. This one of a kind show is the South’s largest premier car, truck and motorcycle show bringing visitors and custom vehicles from all over the country. VIAIR Launches Gen. 2 485C and 480C Onboard Air Systems

Take a look at VIAIR’s NEW Onboard Air (OBA) systems featuring our NEW Dual 485C Gen. 2 Compressors and the already popular Dual 480C compressors. These upgraded kits have some of the same features of our original onboard air kits, but now include our NEW 485C Platinum/Stealth Black compressors and the 480C Chrome/Stealth Black compressors.

Both of these kits are ideal for a variety of pneumatic applications including (but not limited to): powering air tools, air lockers, air horns, air tanks, air bags, tire inflation, and load levelers. With these pre-packed OBA kits, we’ve made purchasing easy saving you time and research! These OBA kits come complete with compressors, air tank, fittings, pressure switch, relay(s), electrical connectors, and all applicable accessories.

Dual 485C Gen. 2 OBA

Make your onboard system stand out with the sleek new head design of the 485C. And with the new 485C Gen. 2 compressors, this is our only OBA kit rated at 100% duty @ 200 PSI. Featuring an increased head port size of 3/8” NPT, this OBA kit allows for more CFM – so you’ll fill your application faster!

VIAIR’s Dual 485C Onboard Air system also features quieter dB levels due to thicker vibration isolators on the feet. With the same mounting footprint as our 444C, you’ll be able to upgrade to the new 485C with ease!
