INSTALLATION TROUBLESHOOTING:

Problem:
Leader hose leaks
Possible Cause:

1. Sealant not properly applied to fitting prior to installation.
2. Fitting damaged due to improper installation.

Solution:

1. Re-apply high temperature sealant as needed (Teflon tape is not recommended).
2. Replace leader hose assembly or damaged fitting.

Problem:
Stripped fitting / pressure switch threads  
Possible Cause:
Part was over-tightened, causing thread failure.
Solution:
Replace part with same part number.

Problem:
Compressor will not build pressure, but is brand new.
Possible Cause:
Rubber intake plug was not removed.
Solution:
Remove rubber intake plug and replace with fitting for remote mount air filter installation or direct mount air filter assembly.
